1.Why there is about 13MB in Drive C labled as "Used Space" after I have formatted it? (Meanwhile it indicates "0 byte" in Drive C.)
2. How can I re-allocate volumes between existing partitions (say, Drive C and Drive D)? Or can I take some unallocated space to an existing partition?
