what kind platform are you going to use. Windows or linux. what kind language are you going to use. I use Godaddy.com and Windows and MS ASP and dot Net.
The service is good stable and loading time is fast and price is affordable. They also provide Forums ( you want), Blogging, ... You might take a look to see if they support the language you are going to use.
