HELP NEEDED! Forgot my power-on password!

This is a Compaq laptop. Right after the computer is turned on, we need to enter a password (power-on password). But I forgot about it. Does anyone know how I can login in the computer now?? YOUR HELP IS REALLY APPRECIATED!
