desktop上常常会弹出一个小窗口：Server Busy

最近我的desktop上常常会弹出一个小窗口：

Server Busy

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose “Switch To” to activate the busy...，

但选“Switch To”后，就打开了Start list，要反复几次才能消除。请问是怎么回事？如何根除？谢谢。
