It is nothing to do with Adobe fonts. (I uninstalled the 7.0.7 Adobe Reader, and installed the 6.0 Chinese full version, it did not work too.) The problem is that my Windows does not have the "KaiTi" font. Here is what to do:
I searched the internet and downloaded simkai.ttf (from http://www.zh2002.com/download.htm). After the installation of the font. Now the Adobe works fine with the PDF Chinese news papers.
