seek help on PC with windows xp

I am seeking help to diagnose the problem on my PC. Basic hardware are P4 CPU, 1 GB memory, 60 G harddisk and another 40G harddisk. I installed windows xp and Fedora Core 4 systems on two different harddisks. This afternoon, I was working on windows xp. In the beginig, mouse pointer moved slowly, then mouse and key board all stopped working. I rebuted system. It didn't work. I had to turn power off, then turned on again. At this time, monitor couldn't be turned on and show any graphics. I turned power off again and stwiched to Fedora system. Monitor also couldn't be turned on. Based on these information, what parts of hardware was damaged or btoken? Power supply, graphic card, CPU or mouse/key board driver? What is the fast way for me to solve the problem and turn PC back to work? Please give me a hand, thanks a lot in advance.
