能正常进入Windows界面吗？还有是本本还是台式？

如果能正常进入Windows界面才出现错误，而且能够正常打开执行文件，可以尝试做restore：
start-> (?)help and support->Pick a task: choose"Undo changes to your computer with System Restore", then follow what you are instructed step by step to restore the symstem a day or several days before the mistake taken place. then the computer will restart and your computer will be normal as before.

If you can't log into the window, or it is a labtop, you have to start the computer. after the "setup" step, press"F5" or "F6" (I can't recall which one, it might be some other "Fx"button)then choose the restore item. do the same restoration as above.
