high speed internet options

I don't need any phone line (I use cell phone)

I don't need cable (I never like TV programs but watering here or there)

I do need high speed internet (I love to be connected, no phone, no tv, but internet)

What is the cheapest way to achieve this? DSL requires phone service, CableNet requires cable TV. These are wasting my $$$, because I don't use phone, don't watch TV. Any suggestions??
