Please help solve these problems!!

I found several spywares /adwares in my computer: CnsMin and Winfixer. When I access the Internet, a progam called Rundlle.exe takes 97-99% of my CPU. So my computer works very very slowly. I don’t have much knowledge and experience with computers. If anyone can help provide detailed procedure to deal with these problems, I would greatly appreciate it.
