请教:如何解决外接硬盘过热的问题

硬盘:maxtor 200GB ultra ATA IDE
硬盘盒:台湾产USB 2.0 with DC power adapter (铝盒)
我前几天刚刚组装的.
昨天没关机.发现计算机不认这个硬盘.原因应该是硬盘温度过高.
不知是否有人遇到过同样问题,如何解决的?
does it really need the DC power?
