urgent help request!!!!

My desktop was installed with Windows 2000 professional workstations. I just uninstalled service pack 4 and tried to repair the original version. I got a blue screen fatal error and I could not fix it and repair the windows 2000.

My question is how can I skip the windows 2000 start up program and go to c: command directly?
