try this

右鍵点my network places,选属性，右键点local area connection,选属性，选advanced,在property栏中选类似’duplex model'或‘Speed’的选项，在右栏中会出现全双工，半双工以及100M　10M的组合项，还有auto detect.
试试auto detect 或低速有时会有帮助。good luck.
