儿子要不要跳级？

儿子要不要跳级？

儿子上七年级，已经在跟8年级上数学。今天gifted老师和校长约见我们，说因为孩子数学和ELA都很好，如果愿意的话，可以跳过8年级，秋天上9年级。

我能想到的，就是儿子很爱玩，如果跳级的话，他未必高兴。

请问大家有什么想法？
