美国入籍被拒，怎么办？

上星期，我的移民入籍被拒绝，理由是：不是纽约州的居民。尽管我有绿卡二十多年，一直住在新泽西十多年，只是今年9月起住在纽约。我有30天的上诉期，不知道怎么办？想听听大家的意见，谢谢！
