请教草坪除虫和铺草坪的问题。有虫图（慎入）

要铺新草坪，发现草坪有虫，见图。请问铺新草坪的时候，在土里拌上杀虫剂会影响新草坪成活么，还是先除虫再铺草坪？多谢！
