请教加仓NFLX

我持有的大部分股票都是科技股。 现在想分散一下。 

请教坛里的大拿们， NFLX是不是可以buy the dip 的机会？ 是希望常持的仓位。 

Trading view: Technical sell， analyst rating: Buy

现在50 天， 200天均线下。
