Leap call什么时候take profit呢？

前几天跟着坛友们买了GLD和ETHA 27年1月的Leap，现在都有>20%的浮盈，因为Leap有过期时间（虽然长），怎么决定什么时候卖呢？卖早了呢，卖了之后它们接着涨，拿久了呢，时间值磨损过大，有没有两全其美的做法呢？微笑
