强烈建议至少3 -- 以便可以买卖spread

level 2不能买卖spread, 也就是只能操作单腿策略，不便于学习。 

如果风险意识很强（也就是自己随时会注意short position的规模)，可以申请level 4，以便可以偶尔持有安全的naked short calls.
