 (YC) has one of the largest and most influential VC networks in the world. 

这个很重要， YC 的start up有access 这些VC 才是YC的优势。Demo day的来的VC都是YC network。

YC也是这些VC的一个filter。 就跟名校一个作用。  

当然一个start up有能力一开始就拿到几十米的VC funding，就无需YC来帮忙， 对绝大多数的start up，还是需要孵化的
