我看不清现在的市场。但感觉股市继续下调的风险依然比较大。我是宁可看错而错过反弹，也不贸然抄底。而且

即使反弹，能走多高我也看不清。即使有，也不排除反弹后继续下砸的风险。所以我选择等待。

现在唯一使我感觉comfortable的板块是health care。我主要是做momentum和趋势。目前也就health care的趋势还保持良好，符合我的胃口，也是我目前主要持仓板块。
