I do have concerns about open AI due to the following

1) the lawsuit with Musk. If openAI loses, its value will be wiped out at least 50% instantly 

2) my personal experience of chatGPT is very bad. The current ChatGPT is just an enhanced seach engine plus grammar editing tool. However, it appears as a very high artificial intelligence agent, creating false confidence and causing more problems than not having it

3) the similarity and competition among all AGIs from tech giants, reminds me the automobile industry in last 50 years. Yes, car is a revolutionary invention and changed peoples life dramatically forever. However, car manufacturers compete too hard and lots of them don't make nice profits
