I don't take any supplements. Natural food is my choice. 微笑I eat berries, lot of them nowadays. Preserve my beauty is a must. I used to be called the epitome of 林青霞and 张柏芝 (my hubby said I am prettier than her lol). Need to stay that way longer. 加油
