1，前不久橡树介绍了这个公司给我，我们讨论了一下，当时根据它的business model, fundamentals, convertible's offering terms and conditions (ref 下面香虞早上贴里的讨论），我的估价是25-45-70

2，今天早上msft 的10B 以后，整个investment rationality 都改变了，我的估价是45-75-120

3，对于我看好的公司，我从来不timing 买在最低。只会在建立底仓后，每跌每买。亦或（比较少见）上涨中再进。我的逻辑思维是-- 就象我们make business deals 那样，一个好的deal，如果你想得到最大利益，你很可能什么也得不到。
