If the young talents have a choice, then top tier includes Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta and Google. The 2nd is NVDA even though their pay is not as great as the other 4, but its RSU is very tempting…culture wise, all of these have their own pros and cons, but in general, pretty good, then comes Roblox, Spotify…. Tesla for sure is not among the top choices lol
