what I couldn't make sense out of the entire case was the "避害“ part! You see, it's almost a nude risk to collabrate with Altman, of course we don't know exactly what were included in the Joint Venture Agreement and the Operation Agreement, what sort of clauses were embedded in those contracts, that's why I said "我希望至少那个渔翁不是Altman, 希望他们最终能联手把他放到了“, and that's why I said “我得慢慢地去看”.....
In my opinion, Hinton has no right to critize Elon, because he "sold" himself for Google's hefty paychecks for almost 10-yrs in order to take care of his ill boy, and Elon, on the otherside, has to save his "babies"-- SpaceX, Tesla, etc.... :)
