10% on revenue? 那AMZN把用它网站做business 的小企业当作自己的franchisee了lol，

我把amzn排在三个里的最后一个，主要是因为它现在的leaders没有Bazos当年的vision和passion, 还有就是公司比起Meta，Google，文化和待遇差不少，很难吸引到最优秀的人才。我的观察是几乎所有Meta的年轻人都是非常快乐的一天工作10几个小时，google 有一部分是努力的有一部分在养老，而amzn是年轻人转到其它公司的一个跳板。很有意思的一个现象。
