Intel will build custom x86 CPUs for Nvidia's AI infrastructure platforms, and Intel will also create x86 system-on-chips (SoCs) that integrate Nvidia's RTX GPU chiplets for personal computers. This deal also includes Nvidia investing $5 billion in Intel common stock.
