I can somehow understand why I should not sue the insurance company, but most people get paid for Car Rental after the accident, however, in my case. Base on the "FACT" that the car was stolen, I won't be able to get money because of that, so I did not go rent a car, but I should get paid on the car rental, right? That should be on the insurance company's.
