车祸紧急求助

从体育馆出来晚上１０点１０分左右，我驾车直行（绿灯）， 在路口与另一辆车相撞
，她是从另一条街（在我的右边）横过我所在的路口左转。当时双方都没有injured,
我车后面的司机也刚从体育馆出来， 他主动做证人， 对警察说我们是绿灯， 对方也
有证人， 也说是绿灯。所以警察对双方都没有发TICKET， 在事故报告里 说＂
Vehicle1 was (my car)was traveling southbound on Jxxx Ave approaching the
intersection at Cxxx street. Vehicle 2 was travling eastbound on Cxxx street
and was making a left turn onto northbound Jxxx Ave. Vehicle 1 crashed into
Vehicle 2 in the intersection. The driver's of both vehicles and their
independent witness stated that they had the green light.Due to conflicting
statements No summons was issues as result of the crash".

对方司机还不满１８岁， 她母亲来后， 说我的证人和我都带护漆， 说我们认识， 实
际上我只知道他的first name, 我们一起打排球，并不熟悉，他是一黑人， 相反我看
对方和她的证人一直在说话， 好像认识。她母亲还要带她去看医生.

现在双方保险公司都在调查，有三种结果：
１。对方的错，对方保险理赔。
２。无法判断， 双方保险各自理赔自己的客户。in this case, I have to pay $500
deductible.
３。我的错， 我的保险理赔。I still have to pay $500 deductible.

现在我的保险代理说由于我的证人和我一起打球， 所以他们might not use my
witness. 这样一来就会判我的错。

急求建议how to fight back? do I need to hire a lawyer and go to court?
就算最后判定不是我的错， 也不知道会不会增加保费(premium)？
