有关车祸保险公司赔偿问题请教老猫和各位高人。

我的车祸事故发生近两年前，我是行人，100%对方司机过错，现在医疗费已过2万5，对方保险上限是2万5，而我的汽车保险是Geigo, 含有付费$25.80的Uninsured Motorits Bodily Injury 保险。现在我的律师向Geigo申请肇事司机的保险不能cover的部分，但Geigo表示我没有买这方面的保险。
Uninsured Motorists Bodily Injury 保险到底是什么？ Geigo说的是否是真的？
