发生了车祸,请帮忙！谢谢！

昨天驾车出去发生了车祸。现在想请教大家我该怎莫办阿？
当时我们是要左转，是一个V字急弯， 有stop sign， 我们full stop 后为了能看清楚， 还稍稍往前探探了，确定安全后才start，可是直行的是一辆摩托车， 开的特快， 从左向右，而且也没注意到我们的车，等他注意到还想躲可已经来不及了。我们提前才了刹车，结果是他冲过来撞到了我们车的右前方。 万幸的是人没事， 他自己爬起来走到路边， 和我们一起等警察。 后来来了救护车，这人就说他受伤乐，就被救护车送到医院去了。当时我们的车是斜横在路中的。 对方肯定是超速了，当时限速是30。 我知道我们有stop sign， 似乎是我们的责任，可如果他没有开那末快，也就不会撞上了。警察来了后，作了调查，临走没有给我们罚单， 说我们因该联系双方的保险公司。我现在就是想知道责任全在我们么？我应该联系对方的保险公司莫？我们能做什莫吗？我联系我的保险公司了，还被告知己使我联系对方的保险公司，现在看起来对方也会拒绝我们claim的。是真的吗？那我们应该怎魔办啊！这个人不会满天要价赔偿吧？和保险公司打交道应该多注意什莫吗？开车多年了还是头一回，请帮忙指点一下。谢谢了！
