请教各位有关车祸的意见。先谢了

我被别人的车撞了我的车尾，后车尾都装进去了。当时我左半身一点儿力气都没有，不可以走路，但是有知觉。救护车将我送进急救室。拍了几个片子，骨头没有问题。但现在颈部和整个左半身还是疼，没有力气。我想请教各位谁知如何打这场官司？是找个律师好？还是自己去打？实在没有一点儿普？谢谢各位了！
