Your insurance company will not get a lawyer for you unless it is your faulty. They would only provide a lawyer for the client when it is the client's fault and is suited by the other party.

Initial consulting with lawyer is free.

Dont take any offer from the other person's insurance. It is not worthy.

Dont be afraid and neive. Stand up for yourself, learn from American.

Lawyer will try to get as much as possible for you. Because the more you get, the more he get. So find a lawyer with reasonable charge, and trust him.

Besides the lawyer fee, there is typically about $200 fee for the copies,...All those fees should be standard.

I find my lawyer from www.martindale.com. It has ratings for the lawyer.
