想请教一下，这种情况怎么办。
一条街道是TWO WAY的，中间有一个缓冲道可以用来左拐。\街两边的PARKING LOT几
乎相对。我们先从停车场出来，左拐准备上对面街道，在这时，从对面的PARKING 
LOT迅速出来一辆车，也是左拐，我们立刻停下，同时按喇叭，但是对方没看也没停，
正面跟我们的车撞在一起。警察来了，只是说我们先出来\的，对方应当YIELD， 但
是又说，NJ是NO FAULT STATE。对方不承认是自己的错，是不是我们就得自认倒霉。
该怎么办？
我们的车已经10年所以没全保。
