1 don't worry about 60,000.00 you always can bargain with them.
2 the attorneys are same, they care only money.
they'll swarm to you to be entrusted.
3 at first you can call every attorney whoever you find
talk with them then pick one.
4 as far as I concerned anyhow you have to pay them.
how much？depends.actually I don't think they asked too much.sorry about this just tell you the truth.
5 if the only excuse you can find is the road's problem
it doesn't help you a lot.
6 you can try to bring the suit against the city hall after this. they respond the roads.
7 offset is a speacial word in Architecture you don't have to know.
