今天出车祸

求教:

在一条来回至少四条道的大马路, 车较多, 我减速停车略微靠边, 想看一下手机导航, 正好停在一家公司大门口, 有一辆货柜车头,没发动, 正好骑在该公司大门口, 司机好像不在里面. 大约一分钟, 货柜车头发动, 驶下来撞到我车子右侧, 司机的视线, 绝对看得见我车子. 谁的责任? (我车子的位置如图所示)
