请问：waive deductible与车祸中对错与否有关系吗？谢谢

车祸，车报废。保险公司己赔偿车现在的市场价，同时主动waive my deductible。这是否意味着，1，我是无错一方，2，或者，是错少于50%，3，无关对错。
