回复：Police not right!

责任在谁是从谁先违规造成这次事故来判定，不是the best position to avoid the accident。
不是从道德上来判定！我想警察天天处理事故，知道什么情况可以直接判定责任，什么情况不做结论。而且到了court法官会更相信警察的判断，而不是你的逻辑。当然你有权利做你认为对事。
