重发 -- 车祸后是否该签这个Release Form

一周前我在等绿灯时被一公交车追尾。公交车属市政府。我先去车行检查得知需600元维修，然后联系市政府。负责人表示愿意赔，但要我签一Release Form （如下）。
我应该不会提出要更多的赔偿要求，但此文在说他们没有错（which liability is expressly denied），只是因为我要求才给我钱。请问这样的Release Form我该签吗？

The undersigned, of full lawful age, hereby acknowledges receipt from the CITY of **** the sum of *** DOLLARS this date, which sum the undersigned acknowledges to be in full accord, satisfaction, and settlement of the disputed claim growing out of bodily injury and of property damages sustained by the undersigned as a result of damages which occurred at or near ***** (location), on or about the **** (date/time) for which bodily injury and/or property damage the undersigned claimed the said CITY of *** to be liable, which liability is expressly denied, and in consideration of the sum paid, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the CITY of *** from any and all actions, causes of actions, liability, claims and demands upon or by reason of any damage, loss, injury or suffering, known and unknown, which has been or may hereafter be sustained by the undersigned in direct or indirect consequence of such accident and injury.
