it does have gov insurance, but gov doesn't pay for the damage because of the waiver i signed. i know the accident is my fault, i never intend to deny it, but i just wanna know if there's any way to reduce the cost. Also if the gov didn't send someone unqualified to lead the tour, i would've made such a fuss.
