过年娃问我小时候最经典的吃食是什么，想半天，突然想起来四川的小酥肉。还是朋友圈看见有人秀才想起来的。现在真的不馋了，估计天天吃的跟小时候过年差不多。今年运气好，跟同事们同步休周一算家庭日。第一次休这个假，刚好去看牙医，顺道去趟Costco. 临时起意做了小酥肉，大厨额从来不按牌理出牌，没有解冻的猪肉，就用现买的羊肉。

出其不意的好吃。羊肉切大片，调味（料酒姜葱酱油现磨花椒粉一点蚝油一个鸡蛋拌匀，加芡粉---量大把肉裹上）。小锅烧油热，下去炸，话说八百年用一次deep fry,儿时记忆味道得来全不费功夫。而且比记忆中的猪肉版好吃。

还专门做了酒酿，这个倒是每年过年都会做一次，重温儿时记忆，酒酿鸡蛋小汤圆儿，是队友最爱。

别的吃食白斩鸡，山药西洋参土鸡汤，烤桂花鱼，再加素菜，没有什么特别就不需要贴了。太忙没精力招呼，就自己的小家一起过。

好奇心驱使在Costco看到大白兔

看到高邮咸蛋也买了，但是不知道怎么吃，只是好奇，包装上加了成分表和过期时间，估计这是Costco要求的。

过年的年宵花不能少

还是花好看不用担心不健康
