１。老大歲數的住在媽家裏的不租。(somebody only his mother would love...)

２。　。。　。。　奶奶　。不租。(ever worse...)

３。連聲說好馬上要搬進來的不租。(there is no lack of houses for rent around anytime...)

４。頻繁搬家的不租。(don't want such person, even if they pay the rent).

５。自稱跟男（女）朋友鬧翻了的不租。(you will find them together again soon with kids from prevous relationships...)

６。核實信息時原房東讚口不絕的不租。(sweet mouth sells my problem to become your problem)

７。家具存在Storage的不租。(guess what happened to them a few weeks ago...)

８。單身女五個孩子五個姓的不租。(men with legs in and out all the time, at least kids know who their fathers are)

９。單身女五個孩子一個姓的不租。(more men with legs in and out all the time, don't even know the fathers...)

１０。看房子不守時間的不租。(bad when they want something from you. wait until when you want something from them.)

１１。爹媽領著看房子的學生不租。(he will mess up, and you will be blamed by his parents).

１２。自稱有關係可以幫你辦事的不租。(oh yeah? get your rent paid to me first...)
