I contacted 紧急联系人, no response. Application form

over 10 years ago. Police talked to neighbors. Gone for a few weeks. 

gas shut off per policemen, who looked up at local hospitals but could not find them either. They asked me check with sheriff office. I asked if the tenants could be detained by ICE. They do not have that info.
