roof ventilation cover有一些这样的小裂缝，需要把ventilation cover换新的吗？

Roof inspector给的建议是把ventilation cover全部换新的，一共11个vents cover，报价$1680。

如果不换，会有问题吗？

房子是2003年的，我们本来打算过2-3年整个换roof，Inspector也说roof的寿命还有3-5年。

我的concern是，如果现在换新cover，过2-3年全部掀掉重来，现在是不是浪费？
