新手请教： 在Chicago买地要注意什么？

我们这周准备开始看地，看能否买块地自己盖起来卖。

Context：

1-我自己是搞建筑设计的，有real estate license，但目前不active。

2-地在劳模区，安全还好吧。

 

请教大家我需要做哪些功课，需要注意什么？ 同时，我需要reactive 我的地产经纪license吗？
