【问】淋浴有mold，如何处理？

租客说淋浴有mold. 用mold test kit, 发现接缝口和空气里都有mold. 厕所有排风扇，还有一扇窗是朝南的。 不知道空气里怎么会有mold. 请问是用的问题，还是淋浴的问题，如何解决？ 要把淋浴全部换了吗？  租客还好。 房子住了一年。 以续签了一年。 这个房子在麻州。

 

我要如何控制风险？ 需要立马向租客发函： 告诉他这个房子在他搬进去的时候一切都好，绝对没有mold之类的，但是刚刚被发现有可能有mold问题，为了他及他家的利益他需要立即搬走，如果他不搬后果自负。

 

还是找mold公司看一下，在解决问题？
