oil heating 换成 natrual gas 值得吗

一个学生屋的邻居要把oil heating 改成 natural gas，问我要不要一起改。这个房子的hot water 现在也是oil的。gas 公司免费给安到街道，还免费给安到房子旁边，给安一个meter。然后房子里走，和furnace replacement 要我花钱请contrator做。大家有经验吗，这个投资值得吗。谢谢！
