追赶建仓： 

OKLO, VST

事先布局：

Fermi

 

这个Fermi是我冒风险，采用一定的策略来操作的。 德州大片廉价的土地和Gas 资源作为DC很合适，同时Fermi所在的amarillo Texas 下面有居多的地下水，德州税率低，这些都符合Jensen提出的DC建设条件。我买正股，同时sell put。
