COSMO's Acceptance Priority is 11th grade first, 10th grade second, and then 9th grade.
My kid was accepted in 10th grade after being rejected in 9th grade, and then was accepted by SSP in 11th grade. Don't lose hope.

九年级比较难。十一年级最容易。
