从合同法上说，必须有offer, 和Acceptance, 才有contract. 

Withdrawal事件：

只有offer to withdrawal，没有acceptance of withdrawal，所以没有withdrawal的合约。

Admission事件：

学校offer了，学生accept了。完工。

 

后续就是要和 Texas A&M毁约。
